If you have been following our Facebook and Twitter pages you will have seen that our hero USAR dog Taz has arrived safely at Crufts tonight. YOU only have until NOON on Sunday 11 March 2018 to vote for him to win the Friends for Life Award.
Trossachs SAR Dogs are Scotland's proven Urban SAR Dogs, having worked at the Stockline factory collapse, other building collapses and The Cutha tragedy in Glasgow.
Taz attended The Clutha and worked his bootees inside the premises whilst the helicopter was sitting in the considerable debris.
Taz has won the Extraordinary Life of a Working Dog Category for emergency services and military dogs.
PLEASE Vote for Taz to win the Friends for Life Award. Should he win, our dog teams will benefit from a £5,000 award, which we desperately need as we get NO funding from the Scottish Government or emergency services.
Taz will be at Crufts on Sunday 11 March 2018 with his handler Gayle. Also there will be Sarah, Joanne and Kady.
Taz and Gayle worked at the Clutha tragedy in Glasgow and pinpointed persons in the rubble.
To vote for Taz please visit the link here.
STV news have also interviewed Gayle and Taz and you can see the interview here.
