Scottish First Aid Awards 2018
23rd November 2018Thank you to St Andrews First Aid for delivering the excellent Scottish First Aid Awards last night in Glasgow where Stuart Ballantyne and Janice Sangster represented the team.
Trossachs SAR was a finalist in the Small Organisation of the Year for First Aid Excellence.
Balfron High School and St Mungo's Academy, Glasgow were each finalists in the First Class Award category.
We're pleased to partner both schools in their Heartstart programmes that sees them deliver CPR and other emergency life support skills to pupils.
And we three organisations shared a table with a friend of ours - Fiona Laing from the Isle of Arran, who was a finalist in the Community First Aid Champion Award for her support of her community as a First Responder, Firefighter and Coastguard Officer.
